Structural & Beam Profiling
Process structural shapes up to 48" width — saw cut, drill, profile cut, and bevel all in one pass. Beams, angles, and square tube with 5-axis robotic torch (oxy-fuel or plasma). Any end profile possible.

Saw Cutting Shop
Metal Cutting Specialists was founded in 1979 as a custom saw shop specializing in the part-off and sectioning of large and complex machined forgings and parts. Over four decades, MCS has evolved into the most complete metal sawing operation in Houston — adding beam line processing, pipe and vessel profiling, and structural profiling to its original bandsaw roots.
In 2013, MCS was acquired by BLP Holdings, LLC and united with Houston Water Jet under the same roof at 7208 Gessner Road, later becoming a cornerstone brand of Houston Metal Processing — the Gulf Coast's most complete metal processing facility.
