What materials can you cut with waterjet?
Houston Water Jet can cut virtually any material — carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, titanium, stone, glass, composites, rubber, and plastics. Waterjet is a cold-cutting process with no heat-affected zone, making it ideal for heat-sensitive or thick materials.
What is the maximum cylinder OD you can roll?
Our plate rolling capability handles cylinders up to 240" OD, 3" thick, and 120" in length. We also offer ASME code welding to complete rolled vessels in-house, from raw plate to finished certified component.
