From raw plate to finished code-welded vessel — AMP handles every step in-house. Burning tables, beam line, pipe profiling, rolling, welding, laser, and machining.
Plate Processing
High-definition plasma and oxy-fuel cutting on two burning tables over 90 feet in length — one with live tooling. Precision profiling for flat and shaped plate steel parts with tight tolerances.
Plate Rolling & Code Welding
Heater treaters, pressure vessels, and above-ground storage tanks. Rolling ¼"–3½" thick plate to 240" diameter. Press breaking to 1½". Sub-arc welders and ASME U & S stamp code welding in-house.
Pipe & Vessel Profiling
CNC pipe and vessel profile cutting with weld-ready beveled inlet holes. Precise sectioning of pipe, tube, and pressure vessel components. Reduces layout time and secondary machining for fabricators.
Structural Profiling
Full beam line for structural steel processing — beams, channels, angles, and structural shapes. Precise profiling, coping, and end cutting for fabrication shops and structural contractors.
Laser Profiling
High-speed laser cutting for sheet and plate with exceptional edge quality and minimal heat input. Ideal for tight-tolerance parts, intricate geometry, and fast-turnaround production work.
